  • Remove the security lock (e.g., pattern lock, fingerprint authentication, etc.) or provide to our customer care agent the details when required. Your data and information are safe with us and guided by Inceptial Systems data protection policies
  • Remove all the accessories (e.g., SIM card, SD card, S-pen, screen protector, bumper, case etc.)
  • Give precise location and ensure your contact is on so as our pick-up staff can get to you as fast as possible.

What are the Pickup and delivery Charges?

All pick-ups and drop offs within the CBD are Free. All other areas are chargeable.

How long does the pick-up and delivery process takes?

Immediately you request for pick up we will dispatch our pick-up staff to your location. If its not possible we will update you on the pick time.

After pick Up Most of our repairs are done same day apart from complex repairs. In this case, you get your device within a few hours.

What documents do I get upon pick-up?

Our delivery personnel help you fill out a job card booking for the repair. You will sign to authorize repair.
