Preparation Before Mail in of your device:

  • Remove the security lock (e.g., pattern lock, fingerprint authentication, etc.) or provide to our customer care agent the details when required. Your data and information is safe with us and guided by Inceptial Systems data protection policies.

How long does it take?

Most of our repairs are done same day.

In this case, the whole process takes a maximum 48hrs but may vary based on issue with your device and the availability of parts. In the case of diagnosis, the engineer in charge advises on approximate time for such a repair.

What happens in the event I use a different courier to send my device?

You can send your device through a trusted courier company. However, in such cases we do not guarantee the safety of your device during transit. We will however send back the device via Fargo Courier or your preferred courier service at your request.

How do I track the progress of my device?

We will keep you informed all the way during the repair process.

You can also get or give feedback and authorize or stop the repair. You have control over the entire process!

When do I make payments?

We take photos and/or videos of your repaired device(s) .
